Q: Is there a deposit required?

A: Yes, there is a non-refundable $25 deposit for all services. Your deposit goes towards your service total.

Q: How should I prepare for my appointment?
​
A: Please remove makeup and eyelash strips prior to any facial appointments. Do not put anything on your skin prior to any facial appointments.

Q: What if I'm late?
​
A: There is a fifteen minute grace period. After fifteen minutes a $15 late fee will be added to your appointment total.
Q: Can I reschedule my appointment?

A: You can reschedule your appointment one time no fewer than 24 hours before your initial appointment. Your deposit will roll over.

Q: Can I cancel my appointment?
​
A: Appointments must be cancelled no fewer than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL SERVICE AMOUNT & YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING IN THE FUTURE!

Q: Where are you located?

A: Location will be listed at the bottom of the confirmation email you receive at the time of booking as well as 24 hours before your appointment.
